In modern software development, the discovery phase is often underestimated, when in fact it represents the point of origin of insight, vision and alignment between team, product and user. With the advent of AI agent-based tools, this phase is being radically transformed: it is no longer just about wireframes or raw code, but interactive experiences generated in real time that fuel ongoing dialogue with stakeholders. In this talk I will explore: -how tools like Lovable and Bolt.new or others are redefining prototyping; -how real-time collaboration with the customer is becoming the true heart of the agile process; -why today we don't prototype for the customer, but with the customer; -and how these new approaches allow us to embrace uncertainty, accelerating adaptation to change. I will share practical cases and reflections on the value of these tools for designers, developers, and product managers who want to make Continuous Discovery an everyday, collaborative practice.
