I'm a programming enthusiast, I started working in this field in 2007 , I have been in my company since 2008 and have been on a growth path where I worked as a software developer until 2018 and then became a Software Architect, in 2020 I started an Agile path from Srum Master for 2 years and in 2022 I became a Product Owner, the role in my company is called Project Leader. Within my company I started a path as a Trainer as a Technological Competence Center Leader that helps me to grow the people in my company. In 2025 I gave my first Talk at Unisalento with Gregorio Palamà with topic Accessibility and AI, event organized GDG Lecce.
